Frank Cooper, passed away at Flowerdown Nursing Home on Thursday 30th March 2017, aged 87. Much loved husband of Ruth, father to Anne & John, father-in-law to Roger & Clare and grandfather to Imogen & Kristin. Will be missed greatly by family and the many who knew him.
